Once settled in Southern Baja, Carnitas El Michoacano opens its first location in the City of La Paz, Baja California Sur on October 28th, 1992.

Soon after, Los Cabos would become the future horizon for this successful Carnitas Chain. Carnitas El Michoacano opened its second location in the City of Cabo San Lucas on June 21st, 1996.

Our third location in the City of San Jose del Cabo was officially opened on September 22nd, 1999 at El Chamizal.

On July 12th, 2001, we opened our fourth location in the City of San Jose del Cabo this time at Colonia El Zacatal.

Our newest location is located in the City of Cabo San Lucas, on the road to Todos Santos accross from Soriana. This restaurant has converted us into "Los Michoacanos".

The relaunch of Carnitas Los Michoacanos Brisas Del Pacifico was April 2, 2007.

Our goal, is to create a family place and great service for all our visitors. Striving for perfection on a daily basis for all our loyal customers who week by week visit us.

Our newest location has a nicely decorated kids area with games.

For over 13 years Carnitas Los Michoacanos has offer the 2x1 carnitas every Wednesday.

For your pleasure, we have a musical band each Sunday only at the Cabo San Lucas location.
